Every year on the first Saturday in October, Laurel comes alive for the Canon Motors Loblolly Festival, a celebration of the city’s roots as a historic sawmill town. Admission is free, and the streets of downtown are filled with music, art, food, and fun from morning to late afternoon.

Wander through rows of vendors featuring handcrafted goods, artwork, and one-of-a-kind finds from across the South. Live music echoes through the streets, offering a soundtrack as diverse as the festival itself.

Families will find plenty of kid-friendly entertainment, from creative art activities to exciting rides, bounce houses, and even a bucking bronco!
